Junk Removal FAQs: Answers to the Questions Customers Ask Us Most (UAE)

Got questions about junk removal in the UAE? From pricing to what we can't remove, here are clear answers to the questions customers ask us most.

Before booking a pickup, most customers have the same handful of questions on their mind: how much will it cost, how fast can it happen, and what exactly can be taken away. Rather than making you dig through separate pages for answers, we've pulled together the questions we hear most often from customers across the UAE.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a junk removal pickup? Send us a few details or photos of what needs to go via call or WhatsApp, and we'll confirm scope, timing, and a quote before anything is scheduled. No site visit is needed for most standard jobs.

Can I get same-day junk removal? In most areas, yes. Same-day pickups depend on crew and truck availability at the time of your request, so the earlier in the day you reach out, the better your chances.

Do I need to be home during the pickup? Not necessarily, as long as access has been arranged in advance (building entry, parking, or a key handover) and items are clearly identified beforehand.

Can I book a pickup for a specific date in the future? Yes. While many of our jobs are urgent or same-day, scheduled pickups for a future date, such as a move-out or renovation deadline, are easy to arrange.

Pricing & Payment

How much does junk removal cost? Pricing depends on volume, item type, and access, so it varies job to job. We cover this in more detail in our [junk removal cost guide].

Is junk removal ever free? Sometimes. If items are in good, reusable condition, such as furniture, appliances, or electronics that can be donated or resold, we may be able to collect them at no cost. Items requiring disposal typically involve a hauling and disposal fee.

Do you charge for a quote or estimate? No. Estimates are free and based on photos or a description of the job, with no obligation to book.

What We Can and Can't Remove

What items can you remove? Most household and commercial items: furniture, appliances, electronics, general clutter, office equipment, and construction debris. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, just ask.

What items can't be removed? Hazardous materials such as chemicals, certain batteries, paint, and medical waste typically require specialized disposal and aren't handled through standard junk removal. We can usually point you toward the right facility if this comes up.

Do you remove items from apartments without an elevator? This depends on the building and the size of the item. For safety reasons, some bulky furniture may not be removable via stairs in older buildings without elevator access, so it's worth flagging this when you book.

Can you remove a single item, or does it need to be a full load? Either. We handle everything from a single sofa or appliance to a full property clearance.

After Pickup: Recycling & Donation

What happens to my items after they're collected? Wherever possible, usable furniture, appliances, and electronics are donated or resold rather than discarded. Items that are no longer usable are sorted for recycling or responsible disposal.

Do you recycle electronics and e-waste? Yes. Old electronics are routed through proper e-waste recycling channels rather than general waste, in line with UAE regulations.

Coverage & Service Areas

Which areas do you cover? We serve homes and businesses across the UAE, including Dubai Marina, Business Bay, JVC, JLT, Jumeirah, and Deira, with coverage continuing to expand.

Do you handle both residential and commercial jobs? Yes. From a single apartment to a full office clearance, we scope and price jobs based on the work involved, not just the type of property.
